Our Refund and Returns Policy

The ASI Refund and Returns Policy is based on the latest industry standards. We understand under certain circumstances customers may want to return items. Our returns policy offers a 28-day return period when customers may return items. All items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. If our terms are not met, we hold the right to deny a refund for any items that are returned in non-resalable condition.

 

Any return must be authorized by the company before being sent back. Customers can request a return via email sales@arbishsports.com as well as by phoning us on 0092-331-2344-443.

 

Once a returned item has been received meeting the guideline stated in our returns policy the refund or exchange process will begin. Please note this procedure may take up to 30 days following the date we received your returned product. Customers will be responsible for paying postage costs associated with any incorrect or unwanted item ordered and that is not the fault of our company.
