Fabric selection is the most basic part of custom ordering. The Key points in fabric selection are Fabric Type, fabric GSM, Fabric Color Shade, Fabric Activity Features and feel.
Professionally, we normally like to exchange the fabric sample before going for production. It is a slightly cost-effective procedure due to offshore shipping charges but in large quantity orders it’s still preferred by our professional customers to keep their quality uniform with further satisfaction of laboratory test reports.
Sometimes, demand for unique fabric from our clients, which is rarely available in stock and has to go for customized knitting, is only feasible in large quantity orders i.e. 400 Pieces of sportswear or more in one kind of customized fabric. However regular fabric selection, there is no minimum quantity barrier.
There are regular qualities & types of Fabrics commonly recognized globally are provided below for consideration.
Moisture-wicking material is essential for sportswear because it helps to keep you dry and comfortable while you’re working out. When you sweat, the moisture is wicked away from your body and transported to the outside of the fabric, where it can evaporate. This helps to prevent you from feeling clammy and sweaty, and it can also help to prevent chafing.
There are many benefits to wearing moisture-wicking sportswear, including:
Improved comfort: Moisture-wicking fabric helps to keep you dry and comfortable, even when you’re working out hard.
Reduced chafing: Moisture-wicking fabric helps to prevent chafing, which can be a major problem when you’re sweating a lot.
Increased performance: Moisture-wicking fabric can help you to perform better by keeping you cool and comfortable.
Extended wear: Moisture-wicking fabric is designed to last longer than traditional fabrics, so you can get more wear out of your sportswear.
