Accurate measurements are key. To find the appropriate size based on our size charts, ensure athletes wear fitted apparel during the measuring process:
Chest: Measure around the fullest part of the chest with arms by the side.
Waist: Measure around the waist at the navel.
Hip: Measure around the fullest part of the buttocks.
Torso: Measure from the center of the shoulder through legs and back to the same shoulder.
Leg Length: Measure from the crotch along the inside leg to the floor.

Understanding your body shape assists in selecting the ideal size. Follow these specific measuring techniques tailored to different body shapes:
Hourglass Shape
Chest: Measure around the fullest part of the chest.
Waist: Measure at the narrowest part of the waist.
Hip: Measure around the fullest part of the hips.
Pear Shape
Chest: Measure around the fullest part of the chest.
Waist: Measure at the narrowest part of the waist.
Hip: Measure around the widest part of the hips.
Athletic/Rectangle Shape
Chest: Measure around the fullest part of the chest.
Waist: Measure at the midpoint between the lowest rib and the hip bone.
Hip: Measure around the fullest part of the hips.
Apple Shape
Chest: Measure around the fullest part of the chest.
Waist: Measure at the widest point of the abdomen.
Hip: Measure around the fullest part of the hips.
Inverted Triangle Shape

For each body shape, consider the individual variations within the measurements and use them as a guide to find the most suitable size from our size chart. If you fall between sizes, we recommend selecting the larger size for a more comfortable fit.
Size Chart and Downloads
Refer to the size chart provided to match the athlete’s measurements with the corresponding size. Avoid adding extra centimeters for growth as this might distort the sizing. If an athlete falls between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size.
